Sun City is one of the area's established neighborhoods, now part of the City of Menifee, and many of its single-story homes have been lived in and loved for decades. AJM Construction Services works out of nearby Canyon Lake, and owner Tony Moisio has been a California licensed general contractor (#601473) since 1990.
In homes of this age, the work people ask for is often practical. Bathrooms are a big one: replacing an old tub with a shower that's easier to step into, new vanities and counters, better lighting, or a full master bath remodel. Worn carpet gets swapped for new flooring, kitchens get updated, and small repairs that have piled up finally get handled by one licensed contractor instead of several.
We know many Sun City owners are planning to stay put, so we'll listen to how you use the house day to day and suggest options that fit, with no pressure to do more than you need. Outside, a patio cover or pergola can make the yard comfortable in the afternoon heat.
Projects that suit many Sun City homes: bathroom remodels, shower conversions, new flooring, kitchen updates, and general repairs.
